Refund Policy
Last updated 7 September 2026
Purchases through a Piccadealy store are from the creator; Piccadealy takes the payment on their behalf and can issue refunds through Stripe. This policy applies to every store on the platform unless the creator's listing says something more generous.
Digital downloads and courses
- If a file is missing, corrupt, or not what the listing described, tell us within fourteen days of purchase and you get a full refund.
- If you have not opened the download and simply changed your mind, ask within fourteen days and we will refund you.
- Once a download has been opened, delivery is complete and a change of mind is not a reason for a refund. This is the fourteen-day cancellation right you waive at checkout under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and it is the same for every digital-content seller.
Calls and services
- A call that did not happen is refunded in full.
- Cancel at least twenty-four hours before a booked time for a full refund; later than that, the creator decides.
Tips
A tip is a gift and is not refundable, except for a mistaken amount reported within forty-eight hours, which we refund in full.
How to ask
Reply to your receipt email, or write to hello@piccadealy.com with the email you bought with and what you bought. We answer within two business days. A refund is sent to the payment method you used and shows up in five to ten business days, depending on your bank. Please ask us before opening a dispute with your bank; a dispute takes longer and gets you the same outcome.
For creators
You can refund any paid order from your dashboard, in full, at any time. A refund reverses our fee on that sale and is deducted from your balance, or from what you are next owed if you have already withdrawn it. Stripe does not return its processing fee on a refund, and neither do we: that fee stays deducted.
