Terms of Service

These terms are a contract between you and Piccadealy (Hoxton Vibes Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, number 17437613, registered office 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, United Kingdom, WC1N 3AX). They cover the storefront service at piccadealy.com: claiming a handle, selling through a store, and buying from one. By claiming a handle or completing a purchase you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Who does what

A creator claims a handle and sells their own digital products, courses, calls and tips through a store at piccadealy.com/@handle. A buyer pays for those through the store. Piccadealy provides the store, takes the payment on the creator's behalf through Stripe, delivers digital files, and pays the creator out. The creator is the seller of what is sold; Piccadealy is the platform and payment agent, not the author of the creator's content.

3. What creators agree to

4. Fees

The Free plan costs nothing monthly and takes 8% of each sale, capped at 99 in your store's currency per calendar month. The Pro plan is a monthly subscription with no per-sale fee from us. On both plans, Stripe's processing fee on each sale is deducted from your share, at the amount Stripe charged; it is shown on every order in your dashboard. The current prices are shown in your dashboard and on the home page; we will give thirty days' notice of a change by email.

5. Payments, holding and withdrawals

6. What buyers agree to

7. Content and conduct

We may remove a listing, a store or an account that breaks these terms, the law, or Stripe's rules, and we may do so without notice where the harm is serious. Where we can, we will explain and give you the chance to fix it. You may close your store at any time; funds you are owed are still paid out under section 5.

8. Our liability

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for the content a creator sells, for losses that were not a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms, or for business losses such as lost profit. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything the law does not allow us to limit. Our total liability to you in any twelve months is limited to the fees you paid us in that period, or £100 if you paid none.

9. Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top says when. Material changes are announced by email to creators thirty days ahead. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts there, without affecting any consumer rights you have where you live. Questions go to hello@piccadealy.com.
